Healthcare industry start-up

 

This was a technology transfer project in the healthcare industry. RxResults was launched as an alternative to traditional pharmacy benefit management models, offering health care payers an independent, credible, and market-proven pharmacy benefit cost savings model. The model, beta tested in a university setting, resulted in both cost savings and higher quality outcomes for the patient. It was ready to take to market.

Working with the owners, we provided comprehensive marketing communication strategy. Development included brand strategy, vision and mission, positioning in the marketplace, competition analysis, SWOT analysis, target audience identification with strategy and key messaging for each of the four targets. Tactics utilized relationship, viral, social, and traditional marketing tactics and touch-points.


We also provided:

  • Logo creation, including tagline and brand guidelines for usage
  • Print collateral design, copywriting, and production (for stationery, brochure, and pocket folder with inserts)
  • Website development, re-working and augmenting an existing site
  • Sales-oriented PowerPoint decks for targeted audiences
